Terms and Conditions – OMOR App

Welcome to OMOR, a digital platform and mobile application operated by Tayseer Al-Amour Information Technology Company (“OMOR”, “we”, “our”, “us”), registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the OMOR mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use OMOR.

1. Platform Overview

OMOR is a technology platform that connects customers (“Users”) with verified professional consultants (“Service Providers”) offering legal, business, documentation, and residency-related services. OMOR does not itself provide these services and acts solely as an intermediary facilitating communication, booking, and payment between Users and Service Providers.

2. Account Registration

To use OMOR, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. OMOR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent activity is detected.

3. Services and Responsibilities

Users can browse, book, and pay for consultation services through the OMOR app. Service Providers are independent professionals responsible for their services. OMOR does not guarantee outcomes or provide professional advice.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments for services are processed securely through OMOR’s integrated payment gateway (Telr). Upon completion, OMOR remits the agreed portion to the Service Provider after deducting platform fees.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation or refund policies are determined by each Service Provider. OMOR facilitates refunds only in verified cases where the service was not delivered.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the platform, post false information, or disrupt operations. OMOR may suspend violators.

7. Liability Disclaimer

OMOR acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality or content of consultant advice.

8. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and trademarks belong to OMOR. Users may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.

9. Privacy

OMOR collects and processes user data as per its Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes fall under Saudi jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

OMOR may update these Terms; continued use indicates acceptance.
